If you are looking for a truly relaxing location in the heart of WA's Southwest then this is your place. The grounds are spectacular, the house itself is beautiful and in excellent condition. The hosts/owners are friendly, welcoming and very helpful in helping to navigate the surrounding area. The continental breakfast was ample for me, but there is the option of a full cooked breakfast for the hungry folks having an active day.

Extremely comfortable and well located B & B with woderful hosts. Walking distance to town with excellent coffee shops and Restaurants. Holberry House has all day coffee and cake and the breakfast is to die for.

You are close enough to wine country and other attractions on caves road to make a day of it if you wish, but being able to return to this little slice of paradise makes the entire experience complete. Easy access to bush walks, scenic drives and other local towns. My only regret is that I only stayed here 3 days.
